By revealing why Hamlet and Prospero show the greatest leadership qualities in these plays by Shakespeare, we can realize why they can manipulate others into doing their bidding. They can accomplish this through justice, courage, morality, and with a sense of conviction that over rides all other characters Shakespeare places within both Hamlet and in The Tempest.
