Adult Children of Alcoholics and Biological Risk Factors. The following brief discussion will present a review of recent research into the area of heredity, biological risk factors and alcoholism. The discussion will begin with consideration of a relatively mundane source, "The Betty Ford Center Book of Answers" (1997). This book is essentially what would be known as an FAQ on a web site.
