Allina Health Services This paper discusses the various methods for evaluating employeesÂ’ performances, including reviews by peers and supervisors, as well as a self-evaluation by the employees themselves. Several methods are included to give a sampling of the kinds of evaluations used. The format is Management by Objectives (MBO). MBO is both a planning and an appraisal tool of the organization.
