An Argument for the Privatization of Health Care in Canada. This paper argues for the legitimacy of privatizing health care. The paper contends that there must be extreme caution to government financing, since the costs to health care never level off. The privatization of health care will lower taxes, improve quality, retain access and nurture more individual responsibility in peoples' attitude toward their own health. 6 pgs.
