Adoption of the US Dollar and Canada's Economic Performance. This paper deals with the prospects of the abolition of the Canadian dollar and Canada's adoption of the US dollar. The pros and cons of this policy are assessed. There seems to be little sound economic evidence that this would have a positive impact on Canada's economy.
