A Response to the Commissioners Canadian Democracy and Corporate Accountability Commission. This paper examines "The report of the Canadian Democracy and Corporate Accountability Commission," which was researched and written in 2001 and issued in January 2002. The essay argues that this is an important document that will contribute to the ongoing debates concerning corporate responsibility and the role of stakeholders in modern business.
