An Examination of the Major Theories of Decision-Making. This paper provides an examination of the modern theories of decision- making. In this paper, the term decision-making refers to the process of achieving a desired outcome or outcomes through a group, rather than through the motions of an individual or a group. The implication of an analysis of group decision- making process is therefore extremely useful in respect to business strategies and social dynamics. This paper examines the decision- making process through addressing the origins and history of decision- making, as well as three specific examples of decision- making. 11 pgs.
