An Evaluation of the Campus Recruiting Process at Proctor & Gamble This is an evaluation of an on-campus recruiting program developed by Proctor and Gamble. The process involves most of the important steps required when companies engage in the hiring process, however, some are missed and those could be incorporated into the process should changes be required. On the other hand, more research is required on the current level of attrition.
