AES Corporation: Organizational Culture and Structure This paper concerns the AES Corporation, a major multinational corporation that provides power to nations throughout the first and third worlds. In this paper, the organizational culture of AES is discussed alongside and examination of the manifestation of that culture in the actual organizational structure of the corporation. Finally, some comments are made as to why AES would have structured itself in such a fashion.
