A Team-Based Organizational Structure and Verizon This paper shall examine a current business organizational model and its impact on the business itself. This model will be evaluated for its ability to function in the business realm, especially with relation to its impact on employee performance, managerial relationships and customer service. After a discussion of the some basic research, this paper will consider the relevance of a team-based organizational model to Verizon and will discuss how its implementation affects the corporation as a whole.
