A "Yes" for Affirmative Action! This paper discusses the pros of the affirmative action initiatives put in place in the United States in the late 1960s-both in education and in the workplace. The paper argues that, despite present attempts to eliminate them, such initiatives need to be continued until full equality is achieved.
